Small Family Owned Farm
I moved my then 10 yo twin daughters from our crazy busy hectic life in Melbourne to a small farm I had just bought in 2010. They worked with me and put up with my ideals as we took the farm Organic and spent years at farmers markets. Together, with the help of many backpackers, we have planted over 50% of the farm to new crops. Now the girls are back in Melbourne in their young 20's studying and working though they both still have a lot to do with their farm.
Certified Organic for over 10 years
I didn't know it when I bought it. But t was always going to have to be Organic. In my heart and bones I just couldn't follow the conventional style of farming using round up here and synthetic fertilisers there. The entire farm is fully certified organic with Southern Cross Certified Organic. No. 24138
Grown with Love and Hand Harvested
A large part of our 50 Acre farm is Sultanas. Over the years we have added new fruit. Figs which we now sell fresh and dried as well as Lemons, Blood Oranges, Ruby Red Grapefruit and some Fresh Grape Varieties. (there are other bits and bobs but these are my major crops) All the fruit is harvested by hand to ensure the quality is there and the plants are treated kindly.
